Joining the ROLRD Program is easy! Start by filling out our online application form. Once we receive your information, we’ll guide you through the next steps and help you begin your journey.
Our services include job training, mentorship, wellness programs, and support in finding transitional and permanent housing. We aim to empower women to take charge of their careers and personal lives.
We welcome all women aged 18-45. Our programs are designed to support those from diverse backgrounds and experiences. A desire for personal and professional growth is the main requirement.
